Peaceful Sleep Now for Expecting Moms

By enjoybirth

This amazingly effective sleep CD is for pregnant women only, with many suggestions that use both the baby’s and mother’s movements throughout the night as deepening techniques, as well as deep relaxation with physical comfort cues, so that our pregnant moms can get a much better night’s sleep no matter how much baby rolls around, kicks, or our Hypno-moms themselves change positions or go to the bathroom! There is an “anchor” (cue) for falling asleep and getting back to sleep easily and quickly after being awakened.Excellent!

Listening to your Peaceful Sleep Now CD every night at bedtime will help you to relax and fall asleep easily as well as get a good night’s sleep, since it has wonderful suggestions for going to sleep, staying asleep, getting back to sleep and awakening refreshed. Please get completely ready for bed by doing the same bedtime routine every night and making all your last minute comfort adjustments before you turn on your CD. You’ll be totally ready for relaxation and a great night’s sleep! **PLEASE NOTE: This CD is designed to induce sleep and should only be listened to when you are ready for bed at night.

Oh, how I love my “Peaceful Sleep NOW!” CD. From the very first night listening I have had way better sleep. The amazing thing for me, is that usually when I am pregnant I have more of those half-the-night-can’t-sleep-because-my-brain-won’t-turn-off nights. I haven’t had a single one since starting the CD. (I think I got it about 3-4 weeks ago.) I love that I can use the cue phrase to get to sleep quickly and get back to sleep when awakened (usually to go potty) within minutes. And if I feel I am more wound up, I use the CD. Kerry’s voice is SO soothing, and even when I feel restless, I’m almost always asleep by the end of the CD (usually within 10 minutes into it). There have been a few times that I hear the counting at the end, and think “oh darn, it’s almost over and I”m still awake”, but then I don’t remember hanging awake for more than a minute or two after it finishes. And, here’s the interesting thing, my “player” is our dinosaur computer that is loud, and since my hubby’s next to me, and baby’s in the other room, I don’t turn it up more than to a “just audible” point which means I don’t hear the music through the hum of the computer, and it still works great! I will definitely be getting the regular CD after this baby is born!
